Middle Atlantic Great Lakes Organized Crime Law Enforcement Network

The Middle Atlantic-Great Lakes Organized Crime Law Enforcement Network (MAGLOCLEN) is one of the Regional Information Sharing Systems, known as RISS, initiated by U.S. Congress in 1974 to aid law enforcement agencies in targeting, identifying, and removing multi-jurisdictional criminal elements.

The Bureau of Justice Assistance utilizes two agencies to evaluate the effectiveness of the RISS program: the Intelligence Systems Policy Review Board and the Institute for Intergovernmental Research (IIR). In addition, the Policy Board, elected by the law enforcement agencies of MAGLOCLEN, meets regularly to review and assess the services of the center.

The MAGLOCLEN headquarters is located in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Membership consists of federal, state, and local law enforcement. The MAGLOCLEN region spans Delaware, District of Columbia, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and the Canadian provinces of Ontario and Quebec.

Donating to MARGIN

MARGIN, is a non-profit association that instructs law enforcement officials and non law enforcement professionals, on gang related topics. We also provide this website for our members to further network and share gang related information. We are requesting your help in supporting MARGIN and the Law Enforcement Officials across the United States that serve and protect us each and every day. Your tax deductible donation will go directly to training events that we conduct throughout the year and afford us the ability to maintain the MARGIN website.  Thank you for your consideration and we look forward to having you as a partner in the development of this organization.
